Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Zend GData Library

Hi Douglas,

Im looking to use the Zend GData Library in order to have my contact enhanced forms on submittion populate a Google spreadsheet, I click on the Zend GData Library link but it doesnt seem to take me to the correct page? I then searched google and got this page framework.zend.com/downloads/latest , please can you advise as to what I need.

Hi Douglas,

I now noticed another problem.
When I change the details on the integration fields it doesnt update them. I had a testing google key there and even if I remove and hit save the form when submitted still goes to that key.

Any ideas?

Moreover I created a new contact and the csv that it generates gives me this error.

<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in <b>/home/neilwinc/public_html/administrator/components/com_contactenhanced/helpers/csvhandler.php</b> on line <b>74</b><br />

Dear Jay,

1. That's odd. I could not reproduce this error. I've tested and it worked here. Which Joomla and CE versions are you using?


2. PHP is complaining that mb_convert_encoding function does not exists, however that's a PHP core function:
php.net/manual/en/function.mb-convert-encoding.php

Please ask your web hosting provider to fix this for you;
