Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

istorelocator not working

Hi, I've installed the contact enhanced plugin plus the istorelocator but I can't get it to work on my site. Could anyone take a look and see if they can see what may be conflicting or what I may have done wrong?

Dear yorkshireladdie,

There are several Javasript errors on your page, which is probably the reason why iStoreLocator isn't working.

I believe I have found the cause. YOur website is loading 2 jQuery Library instances.
One is the correct latest jQuery version included in Joomla source code, however the second one is a very old jQuery version (1.5). I'm not sure which extension is loading this old jQuery version, but I suspect it's a module or a template feature becuase iStoreLocator works correctly when loading just the component area:

I suspect it is related to the slideshow script you have on your page.
