Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Contact Enhanced Feedback plugin - custom background?

Hi

I've just purchased Contact Enhanced and it looks great. One problem I'm having... I have a transparent background on my website so the CE Feedback plugin is not reproducing the background in the lightbox when it pops up. I'm happy to just have a black background for this but at the moment it's white, so the text cant be seen.

How can I set the cefeedback module to a black background?

Also, there is a "powered by Joomla" logo in the corner - should this be my site logo? Presumably I can just overwrite /images/stories/powered_by.png to change this...

Dear Chris,

I've created a new feature to enable you to use another template for the CE Feedback Form; I'll sent an update to you in a few minutes;

I believe that what you mean is the Contact Image, which you can change in the Contact Enhanced -> Contact, Select your contact and change the Contact Image;

Thanks - that would be brilliant...

One other issue I've been having since starting to use it is if I have some fields which I'm using on all my contact forms and add another field for a specific form category it appears at the bottom of the list and there doesnt seem to be any way of moving it to the top.

In the image examples, I want the competition question (how many number 1 hits have U2 had) to come above the contact details but it's squashed down at the bottom by the captcha... Any ideas?

Dear Chris,

1- No this is not possible. All Custom Fields assigned to all categories will show before the category specific Custom Fields;
You have to do the following:
- Edit all Fields assigned to All Categories and changed to a specific category, let's Say "Contact Form", then select all fields that you want to have in all categories and use the Copy feature (button in the Toolbar) to copy them to your "U2 Competition" category.
TIP: after you've done that it is easier to manage a category if you use the filter by category.

2- It cannot stay above the Contact Details, but can stay right below if you change the order. That's after #1 is complete.
