Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Dear Douglas,
Another problem, this time with the feedback button.
(latest CE version for 1.7)

If I klick the feedback button, it will not show the corresponding form but only shows the contact's e-mail address.

What I did and tried:
* I read the documentation carefully and followed the steps.
* I created an extra contact for feedback, with corresponding "feedback" category and 4 simple form fields
* in the plugin, I selected "what to load: contact enhanced form" and the right contact
* then I changed the "template to use" from my own to beez_20. Afterwards I even installed the purity template, to test.
* As the contact for feedback is the same "administrator" who is two more times in the contacts, I changed the aliases for all three and cut the links to the single corresponding user (administrator).
* And finally, I tested what happened if I choose not to load on a modal window.

Every time the same: e-mail adress but no form.
Can you help?

Dear Gabi,

That's odd, if it only displays the email address, it probably means that the "Show Contact Form" is set to "Hide" under the "Contact form" in the Contact Edit page. Just set it to Show and it will display the form.

If the problem persists, please provide administrator access and I'll take a closer look.
