Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Installation Problems

Hi Douglas
I installed the version1.6+ of the M2C component
when I try to access it in the component menu I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function redirect() on a non-object in /home/content/88/8794588/html/backup/administrator/components/com_m2c/admin.m2c.php on line 47
joomla 1.7.3

please help

Dear Rustle,

I have just checked and the 1.6+ version was no such file, so I believe that you've installed M2C for Joomla 1.5.

You are correct I accidentally downloaded the wrong file and installed it

I have fixed the situation and it appears to be working
