Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Collapse all article by default

Hi, how can I configure MooFAQ to collapse all FAQ items by default?
I have a large numer of articles to display and it's more usable if all FAQ items are collapsed.

Dear bscgmbh,

I'm glad you've found a solution.

Thanks for replying to your own post and sharing it!

MooFAQ has two types of slider scripts (the one that comes with Joomla core files and a custom one with more customizable options).

All the best,

Hello,

Yesterday I bought the latest version of Moofaq (3.0.0_12104) for Joomla 2.5.7

If I choose 'Joomla Core', the first article is visible.
However, i want all the articles (including the first one) to collapse.

If I choose 'Custom', all items are visible regardless of the settings of auto Hide and AutoScroll and it is not possible to use the sliders anymore.

What can be wrong....

Greetings

Dear harm,

The Joomla core has very little customization, that's why I've implemented the Custom slider;

Custom Slider:
Which browsers have you tested with?
Can you provide a direct link so I can take a look at it?

Best regards,
