Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

php run error with Moofaq

11 years 6 months ago - 11 years 6 months ago #12725 by missioneyes
I'm getting the following run error when accessing the component from the backend or if I use Moofaq as a menu item. What should I be looking for to correct this error? Do I have a conflict with another component?

Thanks,

Stan

Dear Stan,

Can you upgrade to the latest Joomla 2.5 version?

Wow!

That took care of it. Thanks so much!

I only moved from Joomla 2.54 to Joomla 2.57 so I hadn't figured that would be a big deal.

On one big site that I have, I was being cautious to move to the latest edition and had a couple reasons that I was waiting to upgrade.

Thanks again,

Stan
