Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Dear Tedd,

For some reason either your template or a plugin is preventing Joomla to load MooTools.
Your template or modules are loading a lot of Javascript files and one of this file is another Javascript Library other than MooTools (the default Javascript library in Joomla). This Javascript Library is called JQuery and it is usually what causes the problem with MooTools based extensions. Can you temporary disable the the system plugins cdscriptegrator and pc_includes, clean the system and browser cache and test it?

The JQuery is a very nice javascript Library, however the Joomla Core Team chose to use MooTools which is another great javascript Library.
That's the reason I develop my extensions using only MooTools, so I avoid any incompatibility issues with Joomla.

I suggest you to use only extensions (components, modules, plugins, templates) that use the Joomla default javascript library, this way you will avoid future compatibility issues.

Regards,
