Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

ifaq fixed navigation header problem

9 years 2 months ago #18696 by ACIAcct2012
How can add some padding to where ifaq moves the entire page when you expand a question?

I am working with a fixed navigation header and right now ifaq keeps sliding underneath of it when I click on a question (because it is advancing the question to the very top of the page). So, I need to tell it to not move all the way to the exact top of the page... padding should work, if I knew where to put it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear ACIAcct2012,

I've created an option in the component options that will allow to enter a top offset, so it will work correct with your template.

I've sent the changed files to your email;

Best regards,
