Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

I installed IFAQ for Joomla 4 for the first time.
Unfortunately, the unfold function does not work.

There's a javascript error on all pages of your site that might be preventing iFAQ script from working correctly:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'concat')

Please contact your template developer to get it fixed first and then let us know if the problem persists.

i have contact the support of the template. They wrote me that they fixed the javascript error and that I should download a new version of the template. I did this and installed the template.
However, the IFAQ component still does not work.

Now it's throwing an error related to iFAQ that shouldn't happen and I cannot reproduce it locally.
Unfortunately, I cannot test with the Cassiopeia template to rule out any template incompatibility.

Anyway, I see you are loading iFAQ using the module. Please embed iFAQ in the Article using the Content Plugin for testing purposes. See screenshot . Then, load the component-only area .

If the problem persists, would you be able to provide FTP access to /components/com_ifaq and to /media/com_ifaq/ for testing purposes? This is only because I cannot reproduce the problem locally. You can use the Support > Contact Form to send the credentials or just reply to this forum post notification EMAIL. Do NOT post the credentials in the public forum.
