Lenght of question-line conflicts with green arrow

I like the component very much! But in my case, the question-line is very large. Then the next line is standing underneath the green arrow. Is their a way to set a padding?

That's because you've got very long questions. You can either leave as it is or decrease the font-size by editing the css file.

MooFAQ tries to inherit most of your template's style. It should look like you content items and have the same styling such as font-size, color and headings (h1, h2, h3, h4), blockquotes, pre-formated text, and so forth.

In order to customize MooFAQ Look and Feel all you have to do is edit the CSS [1] file and change the images [2];
[1] Joomla directory /components/com_moofaq/templates/default/css/panel.css
[2] Joomla directory /components/com_moofaq/templates/default/images/

Find this line in the CSS file
.pane-sliders .panel h3.moofaq-title{background:#f6f6f6;color:#666}
and replace with this line:
.pane-sliders .panel h3.moofaq-title{background:#f6f6f6;color:#666;font-size:110%}

You can play around with font sizes until you get the desired effect;
