Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

I made a donation to download the FAQ component, and am logged in. I see the other components with a download button.

But I can't find the download button for FAQ.

You should've received an automatic email with the component attached. I've looked for a payment coming from you and did not find anything.

Which email did you use to send this payment? The component goes to the same email address! Did you check it's inbox and spam/junk folder? If it is not there send (by email) to me the email address that you used to place the order, and I'll send it to you again.

hi just paid for the contacts extension and received no email -- i am using the same email address as on paypal..

perhaps you should put some text on the site explaining this process to save you getting questions etc like this...
