Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

MOO FAQ - Search Engine Spidering

14 years 8 months ago #737 by nub
I don't think google is spidering the FAQs that are being put on my site....did I miss something that allows these FAQs to show up in searches.

I got a install file called "Mod_Moo_FAQ_1.3.1_SEF.zip" but I think I am using the component not this module. Can you offer some advice on how to get this stuff to show up in searches. I love this software....it does just what I need, but without search results I'll have to do something else.

Site is www.enyartelectric.com

Thanks for the help!
NUB

I understand that it is Saturday and you won't respond immediately...I respect and appreciate your openness about the Sabbath, It seems to get consistently more rare that people set boundaries like this and I commend you for doing so.

Dear Nub,

First of all, thanks for respecting my believes.

Second, Yes you have the Component installed and I have no knowledge about this module, you can enable Joomla SEF.
The SEF functionality in Joomla 1.5 can be enabled from Site -> Global configuration in the admin panel.

It is always good to have a sitemap, it does help a lot!

Regards,
