Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Dear LeMarque,

You should have received two emails. One with MooFAQ for Joomla 1.5 and another with MooFAQ for Joomla 1.7, but you can also download the 1.6+ version here:

Thanks again.

I registered with the email I used for PP and was able to DL the 1.7 version. It has a number of zip files:

com_moofaq_1.7.4__20120112_1707.zip
mod_site_moofaq_1.7.0__20120112_1707.zip
mod_site_moofaq_search_1.7.0__20120112_1707.zip
pkg_moofaq.xml
plg_content_moofaq_1.7__20120112_1707.zip
plg_editors-xtd_moofaq_1.7.0__20120112_1707.zip

When I install the one xip file that contains all the files I still receive
"Error building Admin Menus"

Thanks for your patience

I tried installing on another localhost site and I still get "Error building Admin Menus"

OK seems like I got it to work.

Can you tell me why and/or how to change the styling so that the title isn't 'whited out'?

Sorry for the flood of posts.

Installed on a fresh install of my template on localhost. So please disregard the above. I did not receive an error about the admin menu and now the component appears under Components.

I will post new questions in a new thread.

Dear LeMarque,

Ok. Just so you know there is no need to unpack the zip file before installing. It will install all extensions.

Best regards,
