Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Loading CSV file not working

Hi there,

we have installed the ideal store locator on the following website: http://www.ksp2go.com/haendler-vertriebspartner.html and use a CSV file to store all locations. Unfortunately the AJAX call for this file returns a 500 error even when using the default CSV file Germany-CastleFortSchlossRuins.csv. I digged a bit deeper and set Joomla's error displaying on development. Now, the AJAX request succeeds with 200 but I get the following PHP error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\JsonDocument::addCustomTag() in /webspace/13/59578/ksp2go.com/templates/yootheme/vendor/yootheme/theme/platforms/joomla/index.php on line 200

This file should have nothing to do with the plugin. Do you have any idea where this error might originate from?

I've been investigating and I'm not sure why this is happening. All I know is that it has nothing to do with the plugin.

The URL below performs an Ajax call to a non existing plugin, so when you click on the link it should display a JSON string with an empty data value and not a 500 error, which means the error is happening before the iStoreLocator plugin is even called.

Since the error seems to be located in your template's folder, can you please ask your template provider for a solution? Then please update this ticket once you have a solution or a reply from them. It might help other users in the future.

Indeed, the problem lies within the template files. I removed the line mentioned by the PHP error. Now everything is working as expected.
