Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hi, I seem to have run into this problem again. No contacts are showing on this map www.aopa.co.uk/index.php/aopa-uk-flying-schools-clubs-map

Module 3.7.1 and Plugin 3.8.0 in Joomla 3.8.3 and PHP7.0.

What is the problem this time?

Dear Mickelb,

The Contact Miscellaneous field allows any HTML data you want to enter, however for some reason the <html> and >body> tags were added to misc field which most likely is causing this issue.

If there's no <html> nor <body> tags in the misc field it means that a plugin is adding them. The exact code added to the misc field is:
<html prefix="og: http://ogp.me/ns#"><body>

If that information does not help you to solve this issue, please let me know and I'll further investigate this issue.

Off topic: I found an unrelated javascript error on your site, which you might want to investigate the cause:

<html prefix="og: ogp.me/ns# "><body> is being added for Google Analytics, so legitimate and needed. It is the Open Graph protocol ogp.me/ .I think that this may have been the issue before, which you sorted.

Thanks for pointing out the Javascript error. It appears to be a K2 framework issue, and they are not too quick in sorting issues. I will almost certainly drop K2 when moving to Joomla 4.

Hi, any progress on this? Remarking out the K2 code that is adding the og code hasn't worked, after cache expires the iStorelocator map stops showing contacts.

Since the K2 plugin is changing the content to every context, there's no much I can do. However the latest iStoreLocator version I sent to you does not execute the plugins at all. Are you sure you have installed it?
