Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hi
I bought a 5 years subscription for the plugin iStoreLocator. I never get a message when there is an update. I think there have been several updates since then (dec 2019) but I do not know how or where to download updates.
Can you help me with that, please?

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. It seems unusual that you did not receive any update notifications for Ideal Store Locator since 2019, as the plugin utilizes the Joomla updater for this purpose.

To address this issue, I recommend visiting the "My Account" section on our website. From there, navigate to the "My Downloads" page, where you will find the most recent version of Ideal Store Locator available for download.

Please note that the downloaded zip file contains packages for both Joomla 3 and Joomla 4 & 5. To proceed with the installation, simply unzip the file and select the appropriate package for your Joomla version. Install the plugin as you would install any other Joomla extension, and it will automatically update the necessary files.

As a precautionary measure, we always advise creating a backup before performing any updates. This ensures that you have a safeguard in place for any unforeseen circumstances.
