Audio and language files?

In the options are the following instructions:

In order to use this option, please download the language files from the product page and upload it to [Path to Joomla]/plugins/captcha/securimage/audio/lang-CODE/, where lang-CODE matches the language code for your Joomla language.

I apologise in advance if I am being dim but where do I find these files?

I am hoping that this will solve the problem I have which is - no image shown so client can't do anything (image attached).

GD is included in PHP

I did send you a support query on this some weeks ago but have received no reply.

The audio files are currently available in the following languages:
English (en-GB);
Dutch (nl-NL);
Italian (it-IT);
Portuguese (pt-BR);

Thank you for your prompt reply - I have uploaded the audio files and they work OK.

But I still have the original problem - no image!

I have set debug on for System and for language - is that what you intended.

With the link you supplied I get a blank page.

I have left debug on so that you can have a look yourself.

I need you to go to Joomla Global Configuration and under the Server tab set Error Reporting to Maximum.

There is an error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imageftbbox() in /plugins/captcha/securimage/lib/securimage.php on line 1208

The notes below were taken from:
br2.php.net/manual/en/function.imageftbbox.php

Note: This function requires GD 2.0.1 or later (2.0.28 or later is recommended).

Note: This function is only available if PHP is compiled with freetype support (--with-freetype-dir=DIR )


It is most likely that your PHP does not have freetype compiled, please ask your web hosting company to fix this for you. IT is a simple and easy fix for them!
